Exceptional Arc Performance
Easy arc starts and less spatter drive more productivity. Electrical loads on the generator have zero interaction, helping ensure high weld quality. A full selection of weld processes helps optimize the arc for higher weld quality.
Rotary Screw Compressor
Quiet and durable rotary-screw compressor delivers 30 CFM at 80-160 psi of air at 100% duty cycle while rated at 104° F. It offers an average of three times the service life of traditional reciprocating compressors. Produces air when you need it; no more down time waiting for an external tank to fill. Airflow can be selected depending on tool requirements. Front panel air pressure adjustment makes it simple to dial in the correct air pressure for specific applications (80-160 psi). Compressor is warrantied by Miller for 3 years.

With its intuitive design, the daily maintenance of our Trailblazer engine-driven welder is fast and easy. Predictive maintenance information helps you plan necessary service time. Productivity screens make it easier for you to monitor machine use.
Separate weld and auxiliary power
Full auxiliary power at any setting. More productivity with all the power you need for jobsite tools.
Battery charge/crank assist
Machine provides up to 150 amps of DC power to quickly charge 12- and 24-volt batteries. Jobsite equipment with weak batteries can get up to 300 amps of crank assist power.
Small, light design
More than 100 pounds lighter and 13% smaller than previous models. Bobcat engine-driven welders take up less space on trucks and trailers — leaving more room on your truck for other equipment and tools. Plus, they’re easier to move around jobsites — even with weld cables attached.
Direct spool gun connection
Make it easy to weld aluminum. Expand the types of jobs you can take on. Adapters are no longer required with the integrated 10-pin connection. Optimized for Spoolmate and Spoolmatic spool guns.
Long runtimes
Large 11-gallon fuel capacity means many hours of run time before refueling. Improved fuel system design reduces a no-start condition if overfilled.
