Description
The Miller Big Blue 400 PipePro is the next generation, rugged, welder / generator designed for the transmission pipeline contractor. This model has the Stainless Steel enclosure for added durability. Now with built in ArcReach and Wireless Interface Control.
ArcReach Technology
Utilizes existing weld cables to communicate process adjustment commands back to the welder / generator. With an ArcReach system, amperage and voltage are right at the operators fingertips. Saving time from walking back to the power source to make adjustments.
Wireless Interface Control
Included with this system is a magnetic and rugged remote. This remote gives you full control of your machine. With the Wireless Control you can:
- Change Weld Process
- Adjust Parameters
- Select and save preset programs
- Turn machine on and off
- View service reminders
This saves time and money on walk time and resources to manage things such as maintenance. Fuel can be saved by turning the machine on and off when not in use.
Dynamic DIG
Smooth consistent arc that can be tailored to match application, material, fit up and welder technique. The Miller algorithm automatically adjusts the amount of current required to clear a short.
T4F Compliant
Heavy-Duty Low-Speed Mitsubishi S4L2 industrial Diesel Engine is designed to run 10,000 hours before a major overhaul. Worldwide support and service.
