Everyone loves a good rebate and money back or free spool gun from Miller Electric! If you just recently purchased a product that is on the current rebate list and are wondering how you can claim it, we made this simple guide taking you step by step on how to submit your rebate today!
Step 1 - Rebate Website
Go to Miller's US Rebate Page online or Miller's Canada Rebate Page
Step 2 - Submit Rebates Page
Click on the orange "Submit Rebates" button on the home page
Step 3 - Select Rebate Product
Select the qualifying product you purchased from the rebate list dropdown menu.
If the product is a machine then make sure you reference the correct part number of your machine to avoid any issues with your submission. This part number can be found on both the box the machine comes in and on the invoice and it is a 6-digit or 9-digit part number.
Step 3.5 - Serial Number (for machines only)
For machines only, type in the serial number which can be found on the box your machine came in and on the back of the machine. Contact us at support@bakersgas.com if you need help finding your serial number
Step 4 - Contact and Mailing/Shipping Information
Fill out your contact information and mailing/shipping information for where to send your rebate check or spool gun. (If you are submitting a spool gun rebate then you cannot put a PO box!)
Important note: For rebate checks, If you put a company on the company name line then the check will be made payable to the company, so if it is for an individual then leave this line blank.
Step 5 - Additional Rebate (DO NOT SKIP IF YOU BOUGHT ACCESSORIES/FILLER METAL)
If you purchased at least $150 worth of qualifying Miller accessories or Hobart filler metal, do not forget to scroll down and select the dollar amount ($150, $300, or $500 worth) that you purchased to get additional rebate money in the amounts of $50, $100, or $200!
Additional accessories include welding carts, spool guns, and more that we have listed on our website
The total amount of accessories purchased is based upon what is reflected on your proof of purchase.
Step 6 - Upload Proof of Purchase
At the bottom of the page you are currently on, click "Next" at the bottom of the page to then upload your proof of purchase. For this step you can use the order confirmation that was sent to your email when you placed your order.
If you are having trouble finding it, you can email us at support@bakersgas.com and we will send you a new copy.
All Set! Track Your Rebate
Go back to Step 1 and at the top of the rebate website home page where you can click "Check Your Rebate Claim Status" to check for updates
If you do not receive your rebate check after 8 weeks, please call (800-383-4836) or email CustomerService@MillerRebateCenter.Com open Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM CST
