These welding events snuck past my eye during the last welding events roundup. Luckily you still have plenty of time to prepare for a welding roundtable and a few welding classes being offered this month.

I didn’t include events that already took place or are no longer open for registration.

 

Welding Industry Leaders Come Together for Welding Roundtable – Rosemont, IL

“Sponsored by the American Welding Society Foundation (AWS Foundation) and the National Center for Welding Education and Training (Weld-Ed), the day-long summit is open to the public and will address challenges that employers and educators face in recruiting, training and retaining welders and training programs.

Baker schedules welding classes – Owosso, MI

“ Baker College of Owosso is offering practical workshops this fall for improving technical skills.

Hands-on welding classes are available in September at the Center for Technical Studies for “Beginning or Advanced MIG Welding.”

“This 12-week course is designed to develop student awareness and skills in the area of arc and oxyacetylene welding for light projects.

FALLBROOK: Welding class offered – Fallbrook, CA

“The hands-on class is open to ages 16 and older. It will cover the basics of arc and oxy-acetylene welding as well as finishing touches to make each student proficient enough to complete projects.”
