How to Submit your ESAB Burn & Earn Rebate

If you recently purchased a rebate special, you may be wondering what steps you need to take to successfully submit for the offer and collect that kickback! Submitting the rebates is simple, and it is all online. You will need to go to ESAB's Burn & Earn page and submit the rebate there!

Follow these steps to successfully submit your ESAB Burn & Earn Rebate!

Step #1: Go to https://www.esabburnandearn.com/Homecustom_112485.aspx if you are in the USA.


Step #2: Click on "Submit or Track Rebate". See example below.

Step #3: Your "Offer Code" and purchase date. The purchase date will be shown on your receipt that was emailed to you when you placed the order.

Where to submit your ESAB Burn and Earn Rebate

Your "Offer Code" will be shown on the current quarter's Burn & Earn flyer. The flyer can be found on our promotions page in the navigation bar located at the top of our website. It will be an alpha numeric code, and it will usually follow this format "###-###". See example below.

Step #4: After you submit your offer code and purchase date, you will need to choose the unit model that you purchased. Be sure to select the correct model as this may effect how quickly your rebate gets processed / the amount you earn back!

Step #5: After choosing the model of your unit, you will need to enter your unit's serial number or product's SKU number. Usually machines and power supplies will have a serial number with a barcode on the rear of the unit.

After you enter your unit's serial number, hit continue. See example below.

Step #6: From there on you will need to enter details about your purchase. You will need your purchase date, proof of purchase, and a few pieces of personal information (where they should send the money).

For the proof of purchase, the best bet is to use a scanned copy of your packing slip that notes your date of purchase, your unit's serial number and SKU, and your order number. If you need a new invoice or proof of purchase, feel free to email us at support@bakersgas.com with your order number as the subject line.

After that, you should be all set! You can track the status of your rebate by going back to step #2 and scrolling down the page to select "Check Status".
