Description

Heavy preheat two-piece cutting tip series for hand and machine cutting. SC-50 Series Size 3 Two-Piece Propane/Natural Gas Cutting Tip cuts 1-1/2 - 2" thick metal and is perfect for general hand and machine cutting. Heavy preheat cutting tip requires 170 - 180 SCFH cutting oxygen flow rate, 75 SCFH preheat oxygen flow rate and 16 SCFH preheat propane flow rate for cutting metals. Tip requires 170 - 180 SCFH oxygen flow rate, 70 SCFH preheat oxygen flow rate and 40 SCFH preheat natural gas flow rate for cutting metals.

CAUTION: When using liquid oxygen, tips may require great gas volume than a single cylinder is capable of producing. External evaporators or manifolding multiple cylinders may be necessary to supply sufficient gas flows.
