Optrel has once again met their own high benchmark of premium safety with their new P.AIR N95 Respiratory Mask 4190.010. This mask has been tested and approved by NIOSH to receive the N95 status. (NIOSH Approval #TC-84A-9237) The N95 mask comes in a package of 40 and is recommended for single use cases. You will receive a mask with a very comfortable fit featuring a 5-layer design.

The N95 mask is a critical piece of PPE that is recommended for use in the medical field and to be worn by the general public to protect against the current COVID-19 pandemic. The N95 mask will not only protect you from airborne particulates, but will also protect others in the case that you are asymptomatic or unaware that you have the virus.

An N95 mask will create a very close yet comfortable fit to the face while serving as an efficient filter of airborne particulates. These masks are not recommended to be shared with others are reused. The N95 respirator is a mask that will help to filter against 95% of airborne particulates. It will not be resistant to oil.

N95 Mask Materials:

The Optrel P.AIR N95 mask is thoughtfully made of 5 layers to provide you with dynamic protection from airborne particulates and liquid contaminating the face. The layers are created from premium protective fabrics.

1. Outer Layer - Spun-bonded fabric 40 g/m²
2. Filter #1 - Melt-blown fabric 25 g/m²
3. Filter #2 - Melt-blown fabric 25 g/m²
4. Dust Filter - PP/Bico fiber 50 g/m²
5. Inner Layer - Spun-bonded fabric 40 g/m²

The elastic band to secure the mask to your ears is made of spandex & polyester. Your comfortable nose clip is made of plastic.

Comfortable fit and exceeded filtration requirements for the N95 rating. Perfect for travel with the fold design. 

Shelf Life & Storage of the P.AIR N95 Mask:

• Use by the date printed on the individual box. It will be clearly listed in MM/YYYY format and easy to read.
• We recommend that you store your P.AIR N95 respirators in the original packaging away from contaminated areas, dust, sunlight, excessive moisture and damaging chemicals.
• Store the N95 masks in temperatures between -4°F (-20°C) and +86°F (+30°C) and not exceeding 80% RH.

User Instructions:

• The mask is intended for single use and is not recommended to be reused.
• Stop use of the mask when:
• the N95 becomes damp through breathing
• it tears, is punctured or becomes faulty in any other way (including an improper fit)
• after the 1 recommended use
