Miller Electric replacement filter 300540 is self-cleaning and designed specifically for weld fumes. Up to 95% of weld fumes are submicron in size. The Miller FILTAIR weld extractor with this filter helps to capture particles other fume extractors might miss.

Filtration 

MERV 15 Filter Rating meaning its rated at 15 on the scale of 1 to 16 with 16 being the best in filtering small particles such as those found in weld fumes. 

Self-Cleaning Filter

Self-cleaning mechanism releases a strong reverse pulse of air to remove the collected fume off the outside of the filter. The self cleaning model requires less maintenance and longer filter life. 

Loading Design 

FilTek XL filters surface load making them easy to install and clean. They last two times as long as treated cellulose filters.
