Description

The Metabo HPT SE 17-200 RT Burnishing Machine (646259620) is a professional-grade, variable-speed surface conditioning tool manufactured in Germany for demanding metal finishing applications. It is designed for high-performance grinding, satin finishing, brushing, and high-gloss polishing, particularly on stainless steel. This machine is well suited for producing decorative finishes, blending weld seams, and preparing metal surfaces for coatings or final presentation.

The unit is driven by a 14.5 amp LongLife motor paired with a high-torque bevel gear drive, delivering speeds up to 3,000 RPM while maintaining consistent power under load. Full-wave Vario-Tacho-Constamatic (VTC) electronics with a thumbwheel provide precise speed adjustment. Integrated safety features include electronic soft start, electronic overload protection, restart protection, and auto-stop carbon brushes.

The burnishing machine includes a side handle, expansion roller, P80 sanding belts, a P280 nylon-web grinding wheel, a P80 flap wheel, two P180 lamellar/nylon-web wheels, and a metaBOX 185 XL for transport and storage.
