Description

The Magnum PRO Mechanized welding torches are rated for 650A with a 100% mixed-gas duty cycle rating. Engineered for extreme durability and performance expected from the Magnum PRO line of welding torches, the water-cooled mechanized torch is the ideal solution for high-heat applications. The torch and cable assemblies have been designed and tested per the IEC 60974-7 specification for welding with steel and flux cored electrode. The maximum electrode size is 3/32 in. for single wire applications and 0.045 in. for Hyperfill welding.

Extreme Durability in High-Heat Applications - Two power cables have more copper to better dissipate cable heat across the entire torch, and a high water flow-rate through the housing and gooseneck keeps front end parts cooler.

Premium Expendable Performance - Lincoln Electric's long-lasting Magnum PRO expendables are designed with welding arc performance in mind. Using Magnum PRO expendables results in more time welding and less time wasted.

Ease-of-Mounting - Multiple mounting location options in the torch housing and gooseneck allows for more flexibility to fit any desired mounting location. Torch housing and gooseneck are designed to fit easily with standard mounting configurations.
