The Miller Multimatic 235 w/ EZ-Latch Cart is built for manufacturing, fabrication, MRO and construction professionals looking for an easy-to-use, versatile welder that has hight output and duty cycle in a portable package. Multiprocess machine capable of MIG, Flux-cored, Stick and DC TIG. Setup is quick and easy, letting operators have faster uptime and weld with confidence.

Auto-Set Elite

Miller's Auto Set Elite ensures proper machine setup and parameter selection, reducing setup time and increasing weld time. The 4.3-inch color LCD interface is easy to understand and prompts you to select and set weld parameters. 

Predefined weld settings can be adjusted or you can turn off Auto-Set completely and set you machine up to the parameters of your choice.

Versatile 

Multiprocess capability gives you the ability to tackle a variety of jobs with one machine. MIG, Flux Cored, DC Lift Arc TIG and DC Pulsed TIG.

Easy connection to a variety of Miller Spool guns for aluminum jobs, all compatible options are linked in the accessories tab.

Gun-On-Demand™

Allows operators to simply pull the trigger on the MIG gun or Spoolgun and the machine detects the active gun.

Auto-Gun Detect automatically adjusts voltage, wire feed speed for fast and simple switching between MIG welding and a spool gun. 

Portable

Machine weighs only 63 pounds! The Multimatic 235 can go where the work is, plus the convenience of multiple processes in one compact machine. 

Weight is reduced by more than 50 percent compared to transformer welding machines.

Generator Compatible

The Multimatic 235 will be able to operate and provide full output when powered by generators with 10000 Watt (10K) output or higher.

Pairs perfectly with generators such as the Miller Bobcat or Trailblazer series. Limited output will occur when used with smaller generators.

MDX-250 MIG Gun w/ AccuLock™ MDX consumables

New rubber over-mold and ball-and-socket handle design improves grip and reduces welder fatigue.

New Industrial AccuLock™ MDX contact tips provide superior MIG arc performance.

EZ-Latch™ Running Gear

This package includes the EZ-Latch Running Gear which allows for easy maneuverability and convenience. Quickly disconnects from the machine and enables portability. 

Cylinder rack features bottle forward technology for increased stability. Cart includes storage compartment to keep extra consumables or accessories with the machine for easy access.
