The T94i welding helmet is made to maximize comfort, visibility and productivity for the professional welder. Featuring Miller's ClearLight™ 2.0 Lens Technology, this helmet provides an enhanced view while welding and features shade 5 side windows for increased peripheral view. The well-balanced design and updated Gen IV headgear minimizes fatigue to keep the operator productive all day.

Large Integrated Grind Shield with HDV

Industry's largest integrated grind shield provides 44 sq. in. of clear viewing area for grinding and other tasks, increasing helmet-on time, decreasing the potential for eye injuries. HDV Technology provides a sharp detailed view at any angle with minimal distortion.

Half Shade Settings

Half shade settings allow for precise lens adjustment to get the most accurate view of your weld.

X-Mode

Electromagnetically senses the weld to eliminate sunlight interference and continuously detects the arc even if sensors are blocked. Ideal for welding outdoors or in shops with a lot of natural sunlight or open doors. Also works well with low-amperage TIG, pipe and curve, obstructed sensors and hidden/cavity welds.

Well-Balanced Design

Lightweight, well-balanced design reduces neck torque, minimizing operator fatigue and strain leading to an increase in short-term comfort as well as long-term health benefits. Chiseled shell design provides optimal skin coverage while allowing room for a low profile respirator such as the Miller LPR-100. Reducing neck strain for the all day welders! 

Gen 4 Headgear

Oversized, pivoting back pad and multiple head straps secure helmet in downward applications while eliminating over tightening. Ultimately comfortable headgear! 

Aluminum Heat Shield

The built in aluminum heat shield protects the lens in high amperage applications. 

Matte Silver Finish

Reflects ambient heat keeping the operator cooler by reducing temperatures up to 8 degrees Fahrenheit underneath the helmet.

Quick-Release Cover Lens with HDV

Makes changing cover lenses quick and simple. Operators can change out lenses in less that 10 seconds resulting in less downtime. HDV Technology provides a sharp detailed view at any angle with minimal distortion.
