The Miller Electric Millermatic 355 is the first single- or three-phase power Millermatic that welds material from 22 gauge to 1/2 in thick in a single pass. Perfect for fabrication, manufacturing, maintenance and repair.
The Millermatic 355 is easy to us, increasing efficiency and productivity for all users. 7" Color LCD screen featuring Auto-Set Elite, Electronic Parameter chart, and Trigger Program Select. This all-in-one welder connects to any North American input power. Welds up to 1/2" aluminum, stainless and mild steel.
Pulsed-MIG Advantage
Whether welding aluminum, steel or stainless steel, improving productivity by 30, 50 or 100% and saving tens of thousands of dollars are typical results when switching to Pulsed-MIG with the Millermatic 355. Lower heat input for less distortion on thin materials, less spatter minimizes post weld grinding and rework allowing more welding time, and better penetration on thicker materials. Perform welding applications that could not be performed in the past.

7-inch color LCD display ensures proper machine set up and parameter selection. This reduces set up time and increases weld time. Machine weighs only 99 lbs!

Program Mode allows you to save and recall your favorite weld settings with the click of a button. This mode allows for more productivity, consistent quality by welders of all skill level, and fast set up!
Powerful and Versatile
Capabilities include MIG, pulse MIG, and fluxed cored welding. Plus direct connection push pull gun. Direct connection and ability to use push pull gun or spool gun to MIG aluminum.
Input voltage selection switch provides ability to utilize any single or three phase North American power (208, 240, 460, 575 V) It will show error code if in the the wrong input.
Generator Compatible
The Millermatic 355 can operate at full output when powered with a 19,000 watt or higher generator. Limited output will occur when used with a smaller generator.
AccuLock S Consumables
AccuLock liner loads from the front and locks at the front and back to insure proper alignment for flawless wire feed path. New Industrial Bernard AccuLock S contact tips provide superior Spray and Pulsed MIG arc performance.
Trigger Program Select
Increases productivity by eliminating the need to go back to the machine to change weld settings. Simply tap gun trigger to select the program.
