Description

Exclusive ZoneFlow technology creates the largest capture zone in the industry, up to five feet away, compared to the traditional 16 inch capture distance. The weld fume capture distance is extended by a negative pressure zone that is designed to take air into the extraction arm at a standard rate of 900 cubic feet per minute and release filtered air at approximately a 90 degree angle. The negative pressure zone created by this airflow moves the weld fume toward the center of the arm, resulting in maximum weld fume capture.

Capture 5 Arm with ZoneFlow Technology

Creates a negative pressure zone that funnels air to the center of the arm from greater distances, up to 5 feet away. The arm features convenient 360-degree rotation for unlimited positioning, which means fewer hood adjustments and extended welding time.

Capture zone is 3 times larger than traditional systems, meaning less movement and more welding. 

Miller FilTek XL Filter Technology 

FilTek XL Filter Technology is specifically designed for welding fumes. This technology offers a longer filter life - up to 2 times that of treated cellulous filters and superior filtering of up to 95% of weld fume particulate. FilTek XL's surface loading filters vs. competitors depth loading filters gives Miller filters advantages that benefit you including easier and more complete filter cleaning results, longer filter life, and more efficient air flow thru the filter resulting in lower operating costs and stronger suction power for a cleaner work space.

Automatic Filter Cleaning

Extends filter life. An automatic pulse cleaning cycle cleans the filter from the inside out every time the machine is turned off. Weld fume particulate is removed from the filter and safety deposited in the particulate disposal drawer. The manual push button and filter cleaning gauge ensures full control for highest airflow and consistent fume extraction throughout the life of the filter.
