Perfect 1/1/1/1 Optical Clarity

Lincoln's Premium 4C Lens Technology delivers a 1/1/1/1 perfect optical clarity and extra large widescreen 12.5 sq. inch auto-darkening lens.

• This rating is determined by measuring blurriness, distortion, shade consistency and angle uniformity of the auto-darkening welding lens
• 4C lens broadens the color range & hues which can be seen in both light and dark states. This eliminates imperfections and color saturation to create the clearest view of the base material, arc & puddle

Maximum Field of View

The VIKING FGS PAPR welding helmet increases field of view in both the open and closed positions. This provides operators with various safety and productivity enhancements.

• In the open position, the grinding shield provides a 161 degree field of vision making material inspection, grinding, and general movements less hazardous. It also has an anti-fog coating for a consistently clear view
• The widescreen ADF provides a 91 degree field of view in the closed position and the Shade 5 side windows increase peripheral vision by and additional 24 degrees on each side
• The expanded field of vision in both positions can reduce setup, inspection, and weld time

Simple, Smart Respiratory System

The NIOSH 42 CFR Part 84 approved loosing fitting positive pressure respirator purifies ambient air from the shop and delivers filtered, breathable air to operator. 

• This system comfortably mounts on the waist via belt and should straps with a blower weight of only 2.2 lbs! 
• Monitor battery and filter life through the LED display plus the operator will receive audible and vibrating alerts when either are running low
• Convenient push buttons on the top of the blower unit provide easy on/off and airflow adjustments
• Low Speed: 180+ Ipm (6+ cfm)
• High Speed: 210+ Ipm (7.4+ cfm)
• 9 hour standard battery life allows operators to work a full shift or more without interruption. Additionally, Lincoln Electric offers an extended battery which has a run time of up to 16 hours here
  
• High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter (HEPA)  system provides 99.97% particulate filtration at 0.3 microns
