Young Welder Starts Own Business

Business owner Rick Reuter became a certified welder at the age of 20. By the following year he had fabricated his own rental boiler that became a critical part of his new business: Power Mechanical Inc. Reuter shared his story of building his own company with students at Paul D. Camp Community College where students were inspired to consider their own careers in welding. Power Mechanical Inc. now employs over 100 people and is a nationally recognized company.
