Lincoln Electric’s “man” in Iron Man 2 film

A Lincoln Electric automated welding robot cell, featuring a Lincoln Electric Power Wave i400 welding power source and a FANUC ARC Mate 100iC robotic arm, will co-star in the movie sequel, Iron Man 2.

Local 4-H students participate in welding class at CSC

Members of Knox, Henderson, Mercer and Warren County 4-H recently participated in a welding survey class at Carl Sandburg College. This is the second year this class has been offered and CSC instructors Craig Johnson and Steve Foster volunteered their time to teach the two-day class giving the students hands-on welding training.

The Bainbridge High School FFA Welding Team participated in the South Region Welding Career Development Event March 23 at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, Ga.

Trying to be the best with a blow torch

Chelsea Bridge was not even supposed to be there. She was the only girl there, competing against 29 guys.
