Biome Technologies PLC (LON:BIOM) said its Stanelco RF Technologies division has signed a contract with Durapipe UK to develop a new and innovative portable induction welding system, expected to generate revenues in excess of £2 million over a three to four year period.

The numbers from manufacturing are looking good, I reported last week.

Bill Strauss from the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago told me that of the 2.3 million manufacturing jobs lost in the recession, at least 300,000 of those jobs have come back. That’s about 13 percent.
