We are seeking an individual that wants to learn how to weld or that has some light welding experience. The individual will also need to clean industrial containers, work in a hydroponic vegetable garden and plant nursery, grounds keeping, and do home repairs. All activities are 100% outdoors. Must have a very positive "can do" attitude, and more than anything BE PUNCTUAL. Experience or Degrees are not an issue; attitude and especially HONESTY is very very important.
If you are not punctual DON'T APPLY. Breaks are necessary as this is a labor intensive position where you will be sweating most of the time; however, if you need excessive breaks DON'T APPLY. If you smoke DON'T APPLY. If you tend to be dishonest or steal DON'T APPLY. If you cannot listen to instructions and focus on the task at hand DON'T APPLY. If you are an extensive talker DON'T APPLY. If you have to be answering your cell phone and/or texting DON'T APPLY. If you wear flip flops and shorts DON'T APPLY. This position is for a serious hard working individual, and there is absolutely NO tolerance for a poor work ethic.
Hours are 8AM TO 12PM Monday through Friday sharp. Additional hours are available as needed. Although starting wage is $8.00 per hour it can turn into a $10.00 per hour after first 4 weeks if individual demonstrates an excellent work ethic and the ability to learn fast. Wages are paid weekly in cash. You MUST have your own transportation.
