The Semper Fi & America's Fund is a foundation that cares for critically injured, wounded, or ill service members. To date they have helped over 30,000 service members, veterans, and military families. They offer one-on-one support to veterans that need their assistance. The foundation has 3 steps with which they help veterans.
The first being Service Member and Family Support. This is where the foundation will help out with medical issues, transportation, child care, and many more similar services they offer.
The second step is to transition service members back into their communities through apprenticeships, education, or veteran reunions.
The final step is Integrative Wellness, which helps veterans and wounded service members live a healthy life. This is done through support programs, sports teams, or even support dogs. You can take a look at all of the programs offered through the foundation here.
