Description
Miller Electric Syncrowave 210 TIG/MIG complete package 951684 includes everything you need to expand your capabilities. This package has AC frequency and does also include a Spoolmate 150 for MIG welding aluminum.
Easy to use
1. Turn power on. 2. Select Process: AC TIG, DC TIG, DC Stick or MIG Spool Gun. 3. Set amperage or voltage based on material thickness. Then weld! It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.
Multiprocess
Ability to TIG weld aluminum, and unlike most multiprocess machines it can AC TIG. Also through the spool gun accessory you can MIG weld to fill those gaps or increase your travel speed.
Pro-Set Feature (TIG)
Eliminates the guesswork when setting weld parameters. Use Pro-Set when you want the speed, convenience and confidence of pre-set controls. Simply select the feature and adjust until Pro-Set appears on the display.
AC Balance adjustability (TIG) provides adjustable oxide removal which is essential for creating high quality TIG welds.
Pulse capability (TIG) Pulse feature ranging from 0 -150 pulses per second for increasing puddle agitation, arc stability, and travel speeds while reducing heat input and distortion.
Auto-Set (MIG)
automatically sets your welder to the proper parameters. Simply set the wire size, material thickness, and shielding gas, and you're ready to weld.
Fan-On-Demand
Allows the fan to run up to 36% less to reduce the amount of contaminants pulled through the machine to help extend the life of the product.
6010 Stick Electrode Capability
DIG control allows the arc characteristics to be changed for specific applications and electrodes. Lower the DIG setting for smooth running electrodes like E7018 and increase the DIG setting for stiffer, more penetrating electrodes like E6010.
Multi-voltage plug (MVP)
Allows for connection to 120 or 240-volt receptacles without tools by choosing the plug that fits the receptacle and connecting it to the power cord.
Low Power Draw
Inverter-based power source provides full welding output from 230 V while drawing less than 30 amps.
Built-in Running Gear
No need to purchase a cart this machine is on running gear allowing you to easy move the machine.
14-Pin Controlled Operator Alternatives
The standard 14-pin connector allows you to connect other controls such as a wireless foot control or hand control.
