Miller 250A rated output with EZ-Select trigger functionality on this 15 foot MDX gun. Next-level advancements include a comfortable new handle, optimized wire-feed path for reliable performance, and simplified maintenance.

Durable, Comfortable Handle

New handle design features rubber overmolding for improved grip and comfort. Ball-and-socket rear swivel provides a freer range of motion to reduce welder fatigue.

Pulse Welding Capable 

Increased copper in the gun cable ensures reliable performance with CV and pulse waveforms. 

EZ-Select Functionality 

Select from up to four welding programs without walking over to your 255 power source. A tap on the MIG gun trigger selects a program. LED lights on handle indicate which program is active. 

Simple Long Life Consumables 

Stock a single line of consumables. AccuLock™ S Consumables can be shared across all of your Miller MDX-250 MIG guns, Bernard® BTB MIG guns and Clean Air™ Fume Extraction MIG guns reducing inventory and decreasing replacement errors.

Tapered mating surfaces between the AccuLock contact tip and diffuser locks the tip in place for maximized electrical conductivity and lower heat.

Superior Wire-Feeding 

Wire delivery is optimized because the front-loading AccuLock liner is locked and concentrically aligned with the contact tip and power pin. Reduces downtime and troubleshooting.

Error-Proof Trimming

No measuring required! Installation is super simple and no need for trimming to size or risk or error in measurement.
